| Application Procedure | - Collect the enquiry form, from the admissions desk, fill it up, meet with our Public Relations manager and understand all that you would like to know about the school.
- Collect the application form by paying Rs.500/- and fill up all the relavent details. Submit the application form along with birth certificate, 3 recent passport size photographs of the student and a copy of the latest school report along with the registration amount of Rs.5000/-.
- Kindly note that submission of a filled in application does not guarantee admission into the school. The decision of the school in this regard is final and binding.
- A Written test will be held which will be followed by an informal interaction. This will be done to gauge the proficiency level of the child in English & Mathematics after completion of the required registration formalities. The test will be conducted in English, Maths, Science & IInd Lang at the level of the last grade attended.
- These tests will be kept with our curriculum, which is internationally accepted.
- The school will provide all necessary material & the child need not bring anything along for these tests.
- If the school notices any major difference in the child's proficiency level vis-a-vis the standard / level / grade for which he / she is applying into, it will require a dicussion on the path to be followed.
- You will need to accept the offer of admission and pay the specified fees by the due date specified. The school then takes necessary steps for preparing the child for the start of the new academic session.

| Scholarships | - IIS offers a unique Scholarships Program the "SAMPOORNA VIDYA" (meaning Holistic / Complete Education). Its a Scholarship program which recognizes and encourages talented children with a proven record of accomplishments.
- This Scholarships is offered to students seeking admission into classes 6, 7, 8 & 9 which permit the selected students obtain either Complete or Partial waiver of fees.

| IIS Fee Policy | We have got a structured fee policy with discounts for specific cases which can be furthur specified through the PRO / Principal.Payments - Students have to pay an application fee of Rs.500/- and registration fee of Rs.5000/- in cash to register themselves with India International School.
- At the time of admission, the student has to pay a one time admission fee and a refundable security deposit.
- Payments can be made by cash or local cheque favouring "ABHYUDAYA EDUCATIONAL TRUST". Outstanding / International payments need to be made by Demand Draft payable at Bangalore. All fees are payable in INR only.
- In the event of cheque / draft return, a sum of Rs.1000/- besides the bank charges shall be debited to the student's account.
- The Tuition fee, Boarding & Lodging fee is appilcable for the school academic year i.e., from June to May and can be paid either in one or two installments as specified in the fee structure.
- A discount of Rs.2000/- will be given to parents who pay the tuition fee in one installment.
Refunds / Withdrawals - Students wishing to withdraw should give at least one semester's written notice (June -Dec / Jan-May)
- In case of withdrawal, fee pertaininig to the semester falling in the notice period shall be payable by the student.
- In the event of withdrawal without notice the same shall be forfeited from the security deposit of the student and the Transfer Certificate / Academic Records will not be released.
- Prospectus / Registration / Admission / Tuition & other fees once paid are Non - Refundable.
- Any instrument / equipment / gadget or books and stationery purchased from / through the school are Non-Returnable and thus Non-Refundable.
- In case the withdrawal happens within the first two weeks of joining the school, being satisfied of valid strong reasons for the same the school may exempt the student from payment of annual fee and transport fee. All other fee shall remain non -refundable.
- Pocket money, if remaining at the end of the year will be reimbursed after deducting the outstanding dues.
